About

Lynsey Denmade

About me

Hey! Thank you for taking the time to check out my profile.I’m Lynsey; a fully qualified, integrative counsellor who currently has over100 hours of real experience – helping real people mitigate realissues. As an integrative therapist I use a combination of differenttherapeutic approaches to tailor the therapy specifically to you. Idisbelieve that therapy has a one-size-fits-all approach, there isn’t a singularmethod that works for everyone. For this reason, I will use a variety ofmethods to build a personalized treatment plan specific to you, allowing you togrow and thrive as an individual.

What to expect

With experience working with a large scope of issues, whether it be stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse or other, whatever youbring to our sessions will always be met with deep empathy and understanding –never judgement. My priority will forever be to provide a safe space for you tofeel comfortable in. A space that enables you to explore your own thoughts andfeelings freely. I will be there to walk beside you in every step, setback, andstagnancy – together, we will face this journey head on.

Our first session would be a time to get to know one anotherand agree to work together. We will discuss any desirable goals andexpectations you have from counselling, and of course, ensure that you arehappy to continue, and your voice is heard.

Type of counselling that I offer

I offer a wide variety of counselling environments, withoutpreference. It is your decision. Whether it be face to face, zoom call, and/ortelephone sessions - I will be there. These options and preferences will bediscussed, whatever makes you most comfortable.
